Work With Me

I often describe my approach as having a “CBT brain and a Schema Therapy heart.” I don’t believe in a single way to heal, so I draw on a range of approaches tailored to you, your goals, and what feels right for you.

I have specialist training in neurodiversity, particularly in Autism and ADHD, which is an important part of my work both personally and professionally. This means I place a strong emphasis on understanding your individual way of thinking, processing, and experiencing the world, and adapting therapy in a way that truly fits you.

  • Schema Therapy – supports understanding and gently shifting long-standing patterns that may be holding you back

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – helps you make sense of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, and build practical strategies for everyday life

  • Third-wave CBT approaches (ACT, Mindfulness, Compassion-Focused Therapy) – help you connect with your values, develop self-compassion, and navigate life’s challenges with flexibility

  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) – teaches skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and tolerate distress

  • Trauma-focused interventions – provide support for safely processing traumatic experiences, including complex trauma

My style is practical, structured, and deeply compassionate. Sessions are collaborative and tailored to you, with a focus on making therapy meaningful, manageable, and relevant to your life.

I believe that who you are is already enough—and sometimes all it takes is the right support to help you grow, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with confidence.
